Can I mark an article as a favorite in ReadCube Papers?

Yes!

In ReadCube Papers favorites are known as "Flagged" articles. To flag, an article, head to the Details page of the article and select the Flag icon. Once selected, you can find the article under the Flagged list under My Library.
