Most needed: show last name first. It does not make any sense right now, and very difficult to locate a paper instantly by author name, even if sorted by author names!

Some people might want the "authors" option. Thus, I suggest adding a "first author" option, where
the last name of the first author is first, followed by the first name (initials or full first name, depending on what is available).
