Most needed: show last name first. It does not make any sense right now, and very difficult to locate a paper instantly by author name, even if sorted by author names!

Please bring back "Notes" to column option as in Papers3
I nearly didn't switch from Papers3 over this one issue. Please, PLEASE, add options for how names are displayed, most particularly formatting for Last, First. It is utterly maddening otherwise.
