Text to speech of scientific articles

It would be great if text to speech (including proper reading of equations) was a feature included at some point in the app. Other solutions have been given before, but this would be a very helpful feature to integrate into the Readcube platform: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Does_anyone_have_experience_with_a_program_that_will_read_mathematics_correctly_for_persons_with_visual_impairment
