Hi Julian thanks for your feedback suggestion!
You can download an annotation-free version from the Files section in your library.
To download a version with your notes, you can do that via the web reader.

At the moment it doesn't seem to be possible to download a PDF without annotations. It would be great if you were able to choose wether to download the original PDF or the one with your annotations.
