Show 'Source' not 'Journal', integrate source and source abbreviation

Current list view of papers only offers column 'Journal'

There's no way for listing in terms of conferences or preprints.

Also Journal, Conference, and other have all different kinds of fields (journal title, conference title, journal abbrev etc.), most of them missing separate abbreviation field as well.
