To save web search of keywords similar to smart list

Smart list is a wonderful concept that is applicable to all the articles saved in the library. But there should be another option similar to smart list where any keyword search on the web via paper 4 could be saved and whenever new articles are available related to that keywords are available, it is automatically shown in the list. 

It is not necessary to have the articles appearing on the list, saved in the library. It would such a list where a keyword which is searched in the web Via discover option could be saved and new articles related to the keyword are constantly being added in the list.
