When reading a PDF with the iOS app, you can add the paper to new lists, however, the lists are not ordered hierarchically. With a large library and multiple levels for lists, it's very hard to find the list where the paper needs to go. Also, some lists names show up in multiple top level lists – no way to distinguish those here.
Please make the list view in the reader hierarchical
