Make web view accessible for a paper that already has a PDF

The new "locate PDF" button opens a web browser within Papers that shows the online version of a paper.  I'd like to be able to access this sometimes for papers that already have a PDF attached, so that I can look for supplemental information and read the online version of the paper.
