Hi,
You can currently do this based on a whole library(Shared or personal) or a specific list in that library by using the buttons at the top.

Hi
In Spotify you can create a radio station (melodies related whit...) from a song or list of songs or authors.
In Papers you should be able to have recommendations (stations) based on articles, lists or authors.
It would be great. =)
