Allow folder selection for 'Add Library' function in citation popup within PDF reader in MacOS app

As seen in the screenshot above, the "Add to Library" function here should have the same drop-down arrow functionality as in the Chrome plugin, where by the user can select the Folder the paper should be imported in to.
