I love using readcube, I have been using it for a while. One thing I find lacking in readcube is that oftentimes I am reading multiple papers at the same time or one right after the other and I have to track which ideas or figures or equations come from which paper. I typically do this outside of readcube, but it would be nice to be able to do this inside of readcube. I don't have a full solution in mind, but something along the lines of being able to add papers to a project or subfolder and have some shared place in that subfolder to add highlights or figures or notes that automatically get referenced back to the original paper.
