How do I request a refund for an article purchase I made?

ReadCube Checkout offers instant access to publisher content in the form of rentals, Cloud access, and full PDF format options. As a result, we generally do not allow for refunds. 

Before you make a purchase, be sure that the content is what you're looking for. There are a couple of ways to do this. 

First, check the type of article that you are looking at and to make sure that the page range matches what you're expecting:

After our Checkout area there should also be an area for the Summary or Abstract about the content.
