Hi, a huge part of ReadCube Papers is the automatic pulling of supplemental files for you! If you upload an article and a supplement is missing please reach out to our support team (support@papersapp.com).
Per your feature request, you can now manually drag and drop supplements to attach them to PDFs in your library. Simply click on the reference -> Files and then drag and drop the supplement in.
If you believe a file was mislabelled as a supplement you can also change that by using the drop down folder:

Many articles include important supplemental pdf files which could be downloaded online. Please allow user to manually attach supplement pdf file to a article. Ultimately, It will be nice if the app could automatically fetch the supplement pdf files
