+1 for the ability to highlight using the stylus in windows
Is there any update on it yet? /it has been 10 months
We are working on the annotation part of this but you should be able to scroll using a touch screen.

I would like to have touchscreen capability on windows so that I can scroll by flicking the screen.
Bonus would be to be able to use the stylus to take annotate the pdf.
