"Note" logo changes to transparent pictures on Web App

Please look at the following picture. When I make note for a sentence or a word, the "note" logo appears. On ReadCube Papers for iOS, this logo is transparent and I can easily see the word behind it. However on Web App I need to guess, which causes a lot of inconvenience. It would be appreciated if this logo can become transparent, as whichiOS App does.

Implemented in web app. We also made the annotations a little easier to see. Any issues please contact support@readcube.com
