Hi. This is already implemented in our enhanced PDF. You can see it clearly on the following PDF: https://www.nature.com/articles/nature12826.epdf
This feature is retracted it seems. Kindly bring back mouseover/hover reference visibility option. Its much time consuming to keep going back and forth.

Be able to view title, authors etc of a reference, inline, eg as mouseover text, without needing to jump backwards and forwards into the References section of the pdf.
