Ability to upload an .RIS file to populate metadata for papers that don't automatically match

I didn't use Papers3, but in Papers2 I used to frequently use this feature to save manually matching files that didn't have an automatic match. I could download the ris file, upload it as an attachment, or drag it on the paper and the metadata would update. I've just spend a frustrating couple of hours manually entering author names on conference papers.
