possibility to mark recommendations as "looked at" (but not imported)

Recommendations are great! Some recommended papers you want to keep (and import them into your library), but others you are not interested in. It would be great if there was a possibility to mark the latter as "irrelevant".
Because if I look for recommendations again after a week or two, the same papers may pop up again, and I need to look through them again to determine they are not relevant.
If it was possible to mark them, this would save a lot of time.
In a much earlier version of the app this was implemented: recommendations first appeared in bold, and once you had clicked on them they changed to normal typeface. So the bold ones were always the ones that had not been seen before.
