There are two ways Enterprise users with the document delivery module can receive full-text articles.
Instant On-Demand Access
Instant document delivery is available on certain publisher pages. Once purchased, you will have full-text access to the PDF. When on the publisher page, the browser extension will load with a View PDF option. Select View PDF and a 1-page preview of the article will appear. When on the PDF preview, a Buy PDF button will appear. Select this option and the PDF will unlock to give you full-text access. The article will also be imported into your Shared Folder.
If the full-text PDF is not available, you will see a Request PDF option to access the article through the document delivery service. Once a request is made you will receive an initial email confirming the order is placed in the queue and is being processed.
When the PDF request is fulfilled you will receive an email notification with a direct link to the article for you to read.
If your organization Admin set up a designated Shared Folder, all requested PDFs will be deposited into that folder. If there is no document delivery folder set, then all requested PDFs will go into your personal library.
If you no longer need the article or requested the article by mistake you can cancel the request. Simply hit the Request PDF button again and the request will automatically be removed from the queue. You will also receive an email confirmation that the article request has been canceled.
