It's easy to bulk download the PDF for items in your library where you just have metadata. Currently, this is available in the webapp with desktop support coming for January 2023.
Simply select the items you want to attempt to download and right-click to show the secondary menu.
Select "LOCATE PDF" and the app will attempt to download items that are a) open access or b) available through an active subscription. For the latter to work, please be sure you are connected in the environment where you normally can download from the publishers.
Examples of this could be that you normally have to be connected to a VPN or proxy. Or, it could be that you need to be physically on campus or in the office. It even may be that you need to log in directly with a publisher's website to access that subscription. If we aren't able to validate you have access, we will show a red flag.
If successful, the spinning circle will be replaced by the familiar paperclip.
